I spent 8 years at Lake Tahoe Community College Learning Center tutoring math from general math to Calculus, this mainly was Algebra I II, Trigonometry, and Pre Calculus. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved teaching. I began as a peer tutor of Spanish and math in high school, and later I made a living teaching English to locals and Japanese to fellow foreigners during the four years I lived in Japan after graduation from college. I’ve been a classroom teacher for 33 years. I teach general science and biology. I can speak and write in English as well as Tagalog. I am a mother with one son. I have basic knowledge in computers like Microsoft Word,and PowerPoint. When I teach, I normally use PowerPoint presentations, the content is about the explanation of the lesson which I search from the net.
