I am a 32 year old stay at home mom. I have been involved with children and/or teaching for the past 15 years. I was a nanny/tutor for 2 young girls for 4 years. After that I had the privilege of being a one-on-one aid for students with autism and Aspergers. This was a challenging and rewarding position. I was able to learn many hands-on techniques and different teaching skills that I was able to put to use as a fourth grade teacher in Newark. After that I enjoyed 4 years as a third grade teache.
