My passion for teaching reaches back to my grad school days and I have taught ever since, doing writing intensive courses while working as a highly regarded professional journalist, critic and editor. In my courses, I have worked one-on-one with many students and helped them with all aspects of their writing, from grammar to structure to style. My style is of working is conversational, common sensical and positive. Writing is a learned skill and the process of learning it can provide any student.
