I am a recent college graduate with teaching experience in kindergarten, 5th grade, special education and a reading room. I spent time in New Mexico student teaching as well as in Iowa. Ron has worked as a supervisor, patrol officer, traffic officer and traffic case investigator during his career in law enforcement. Duties performed during this time included being a field training officer, gang task force officer and an urban police rifle (UPR) rapid deployment team member and was also in charge of all less lethal training for the department. Prior to working with a municipal Police Department, Ron was employed by the State of South Dakota as a correctional officer and an inten.

I love learning and helping people to learn. I have received my Associate of Science in Pre-Medicine and Associate of Arts in Generals from Turtle Mountain Community College in 2007. I have one more year to go for my Bachelors of Forensic Science and Pre-Medicine with Minors in Chemistry and Biology at the University of North Dakota. I have a lot of books, cd’s, and online resources at my finger tips, if there is something I don’t know off hand..

Hello,My educational background includes an AAS Marketing degree from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa. I finished my BS in Public Administration degree with Upper Iowa University College in Fayette, IA. I am presently enrolled at Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS completing my MLAS Political Science degree. I have been published in the National Dean’s List books seven times, The Phi Theta Kappa Millennium edition and the Chancellor’s List book twice.I am a contributing auth.

My philosophy of teaching is to involve the student in the learning process through a method of experiencing the information to be learned thus, the student retains the information.I am currently pursuing an Ed.D in counseling psychology, and have an understanding of the challenges faced by students in this subject area.Tutoring must be at my home office near the VA hospital..

My experience as a Spanish native goes back to years ago while growing up in Paraguay. After moving to the United States in 1986 with my parents, I realized that each Spanish speaking country has its own way of making their Spanish language sound unique. My Spanish grammar developed further as I studied English. As I mastered both of these languages, I realized that when translating both languages back and forth, the strongest element that connect both of them is the grammar. Yet there are some.

My love of tutoring comes from a life-long love of learning, and a desire to inspire that love in others. I know that when a student is struggling to understand the material, whether due to the teacher’s teaching style or a student’s lack of practice, that can really turn a student off to school and learning for a long time. I try to turn that feeling around by not only helping the student understand their current material, but helping them develop a plan for future classes, and teaching them.
