I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and my Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Development. I have worked for non-profit agencies for the past 11 years providing services to people with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, ADD/ADHD, as well as various psychiatric disorders. I have an in-depth knowledge of the methods of behavioral analysis, and development of behavior support plans. I am skilled in creating trainings for staff development, and implementing behavioral change.I h.
