I majored in Social Work-MSW because I have a passion for working and helping youth succeed. As, a kid who always had tutors, throughout college I found a hidden passion for tutoring kids. I enjoyed helping them study and get better in certain subjects. I discovered this passion while I was teaching martial arts to elementary and college age students. I remember one of my friends asking, “how do I have such patience working with kids” and I replied, ” it just comes natural and I believe they wil.
