I have a strong knowledge of plant biology as well as general biology. I was a teaching assistant in college and led students in undergraduate biology classes as well as in graduate-level botany. I enjoy working one-on-one with students to determine the best possible way for them to learn the material needed. Sometimes students learn best with quizzes/homework, while other learn from hands-on examples. In my free time, I enjoy bird-watching and leading nature hikes through local forest preserves.
