I began my career in 1995 as a teacher of the visually impaired and worked with children in an early intervention/preschool setting. Immediately after completion of my BS I attained a Master’s of Science in teaching students with severe and multiple disabilities, including deaf-blindness. Throughout my profession I have taught many students with a variety of disabilities. I currently teach Basic Algebra in a resource room setting. I believe that each student is an individual with a unique lear.
