I have been in the Architectural Millwork and metal business for the past 17 years and very much enjoy the drafting aspects of the business. Being able to talk to clients and put their ideas on paper is very rewarding. I am proficient in simple 2D line drawings as well as complex 3D models. I think learning is much easier when it is fun. Drawing things that you relate to rather than exercises from a workbook can make the mundane much more fun and rewarding..
