I have worked for the past 35 years as an Office Manager, Controller or Finance Manager and HR Representative. For the past seven years I have been an instructor at our local technical school teaching in the Workforce Development Department. So my students range in age from late teens to students in their later years.The course I teach is called The Business Office Specialist Program which consists of clerical, soft skills of the office such as business ethics and customer service, accounting.
