I had been a classroom teacher in a Montessori environment for seventeen years, teaching children between ages 2 1/2 – 6 years of age. I also have a diploma in Montessori Education, which I had taken in the United Kingdom and am certified as an Association Montessori Internationale Primary 3-6 teacher. Seventeen years ago, I graduated with a degree in A.B. Psychology and have intermittently taken my master’s in Special Education with a major in Mental Retardation. I have always been interested.
