My experience in teaching in a Montessori setting has allowed me to hone my skills in one-on-one and small group instruction. Over 90% of my classroom students have made growth goals on NC EOG math tests. Equally important, I have been able to create supportive and enjoyable learning environments where students feel safe to take risks. I love teaching math and seeing the pride that comes with students’ mastery of difficult concepts. I look forward to the opportunity to take my experience in.
