I am a Physical Education instructor with a wide range of experiences having taught at home and abroad. My teaching method incorporates mild to moderate exercise. I have also some training in the United States Army. I can incorporate a dietetic program if the student desires. I am very interested in training young adults aspiring to enter the Armed Forces.
