I have never tutored formally where I received monetary compensation. I have tutored on a volunteer status through a community outreach organization for lower income families in Huntsville, Alabama in 2005. I worked with multiple children in a group setting (usually 4 to 7 group size). Most of the children that were tutored through this program were K-3 grades.
